Return and Exchange Policy

 Thank you for being part of the Lux n Lav Fam! We Appreciate your business! We prioritize getting beautiful pieces you will love, but we understand sometimes it doesn't work out. We have a return/exchange policy to help simplify the process & encourage you to email our customer service team at shopluxnlav@gmail.com for any product-related questions. 

IN-STORE RETURNS

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase date. We will refund an item/s, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and all original tags and labels must be attached!

We will offer store credit up to 14 days provided that the item/s have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and all original tags and labels must be attached!

*All sale items, accessories, hats, and purse/bags are final sale.

ONLINE RETURNS

 To start a return, you can contact us at shopluxnlav@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Because of the rate at which items sell out we do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead. Exchanges are however only accepted in person at our store location (for purchases made online or in-store).
