Return and Exchange Policy

 Thank you for being part of the Lux n Lav Fam! We Appreciate your business! We prioritize getting beautiful pieces you will love, but we understand sometimes it doesn't work out. We have a return/exchange policy to help simplify the process & encourage you to email our customer service team at for any product-related questions. 


You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you. We will refund an item/s, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and all original tags and labels must be attached!

*All sale items, accessories, hats, and purse/bags are final sale.


 To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.                    


Because of the rate at which items sell out we do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead. Exchanges are however only accepted in person at our store location (for purchases made online or in-store).
